We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Account Representative to provide full time support needed in the accounting department. Interested candidates must have automotive dealership experience as they will need to jump in with minimal training.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with preparing bank contracts for funding
Rectifying funding issues
Posting and commissioning deals
Figuring month end bonuses
Ensure the proper documents are sent to the bank with the retail/lease contract for funding
Work with the client advisor and sales managers to procure the necessary documents for the bank
Post vehicle sales transactions and calculate client advisors’ commissions and bonuses
Reconcile sales delivery logs to accounting

Qualifications:

Experience with Ignite and Microsoft Office is preferred
Automotive dealership experience required
The hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
